CONTINUING
EDUCATION
As a PADI Open
Water Scuba Instructor, your diving education is only just
beginning. You now have the opportunity to continue your own
education and pursue those special areas of diving that really
interest you. Every course has its particular features and benefits
that make it unique. Every course can be both challenging and
enjoyable for both you and your students. Teaching these courses
will allow you to polish your skills and knowledge in a variety of
diving areas. These qualifications will enhance your job
opportunities in the dive industry. The PADI Instructor Specialty
ratings are also required to move up the instructor ladder to Master
Scuba Diver Trainer and IDC Staff Instructor. And most importantly,
teaching continuing education courses will keep the fun in diving.
